Refund Policy

Unified GRC offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on subscriptions and one-time purchases (including policy-template packs). If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of the original order date.

Payments for the Service are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle") as our Merchant of Record, so refunds are issued through Paddle. To request a refund:

• Visit paddle.net — Paddle's self-service buyer portal — and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout. From there you can request a refund directly.
• Or email us at unifiedgrc.support@unifiedgrc.ai with your order reference and we will pass the request to Paddle on your behalf.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your card issuer or payment provider and typically take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.

You can cancel a subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not, by itself, refund payments already taken. If a renewal charge is taken and you no longer wish to use the Service, you can request a refund of that renewal within 30 days of the charge in line with section 1.

After 30 days from the original charge, refunds are not generally available, but we will always consider reasonable requests on a case-by-case basis — for example where a charge was clearly accidental, where the Service was materially unavailable, or where applicable consumer-protection law gives you a longer period. This refund policy is offered in addition to any rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law (for example, the EU/UK right of withdrawal for consumer contracts). Nothing in this policy limits or replaces those statutory rights.
